Sadly for up and coming leaders, vulnerability is being painted as a refuge from having to take responsibility. Vulnerability without self-efficacy can debilitate your company. But if you’re selective about how and when it surfaces, it can be empowering.
Feedback can hurt. But we need to stop thinking all pain is bad.
