Intentional Growth Programme Plus

This programme brings together a diagnostic to identify key areas for building out your business, the intentional growth programme to build strategic execution capability within the organisation, and our consulting skills training which develops your team's ability to create value for your clients and increase revenue for you in alignment with the processes that we collectively build.

Over the period of a year, the goal is to align and empower the whole of your organisation to execute effectively to your vision in line with your values and culture.

What does the engagement look like?

Although each engagement is customised depending on your particular organisation's strengths, weaknesses and culture, the engagement will typically take 5 phases.

  1. Diagnostic. Through discussions, workshops, review of existing documentation and systems, we'll review the key areas of your business. This will typically take 3 to 5 days over a fortnight. We'll come up with a prioritised set of areas to work on which will guide us through the year.Consultancy Diagnostic
  2. Build. The key factor for making strategy happen is to have a consistent and disciplined execution machine. Our second phase, typically for around 3 months, works with you to put this in place, using an approach based on Agile techniques. We will agree with you a key theme for the quarter based on findings from the diagnostic, and start the execution process with you.
  3. Momentum and handover. During this phase, which is also usually 3 months, we'll work with your leadership team to enable them to take over running the strategic execution. We will have worked together to identify a scaling theme for this quarter. If not yet addressed, we would likely also be looking at implementing a continuous improvement programme by now.
  4. Advisory. During the last 6 months, the engagement will turn largely advisory, with occasional engagement during the regular strategic execution meetings, and engagement, advice and mentoring across key business initiatives as needed.
  5. Team training. We will build out a consulting skills course based on your ways of working and culture which all of your team, including your non-client facing staff, can go on. As this will be built using the processes we've implemented together in the first 3 phases, it will provide a way for them to take root across the organisation, while at the same time upskilling consultants in business development, presentation, negotiation, feedback and teamwork.
