A trait I’ve observed in many leaders is the feeling that they have to have an answer when asked a question.
If you've read about the current thinking on leadership, you'll know that we don’t always need to have the answers. So far, so true.
But there's a more fundamental issue, which is that often we're not being asked because they even want the answer.
This series of emails, likely about 15 (unless I think of other types of questions that aren't as I'm creating them!) will be sent to you weekly, will be short, actionable, and if you're really unlucky, may contain a short video on the topic too.
